Genovare Peptides | SLU-PP-332 25 mg Pen

What It Is SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small-molecule compound developed at Saint Louis University, classified as a potent pan-agonist of the Estrogen-Related Receptor (ERR) family — specifically ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ, with highest potency at ERRα (EC₅₀ ~98 nM). The ERR family are constitutively active nuclear transcription factors that regulate gene networks governing oxidative metabolism, mitochondrial biogenesis, fatty acid oxidation, and energy homeostasis. Because these pathways are upregulated during aerobic exercise, SLU-PP-332 is classified in preclinical literature as an "exercise mimetic." In murine studies, SLU-PP-332 has been shown to activate aerobic exercise transcriptional programmes, enhance mitochondrial respiration in skeletal muscle, improve endurance capacity, and produce cardiometabolic benefits. All existing evidence is preclinical; no human clinical trials have been completed.

How It Is Used SLU-PP-332 is reconstituted with appropriate solvent and administered via subcutaneous injection or oral gavage in preclinical models. Research applications include mitochondrial biology, ERR receptor pharmacology, metabolic disease modelling, exercise physiology research, and energy expenditure studies.
